What experience do I need?

No prior experience is necessary all levels are welcome!

General Class Content

Perfect for absolute beginners! This class introduces you to the foundations of aerial hoop in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. You’ll learn mounts, basic shapes, transitions, and dismounts, while building grip strength, body awareness, and confidence in the air.
We’ll also start getting you comfortable and confident with gentle spinning — your first step toward loving it!

Weeks 1–3: Higher Hoop | Weeks 4–6: Low Hoop
All classes begin with a full-body warm-up and conditioning and finish with a short cool down.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing leggings. We work barefoot or with socks.

AERIAL HOOP BEGINNERS 2

What experience do I need?

We recommend completing a Beginners 1 Aerial Hoop term and feeling confident with the basics. Ready to level up? This class is for you!

General Class Content

For students who have mastered the basics and are ready to expand their aerial vocabulary. In this level, you’ll start learning more dynamic mounts, strength-based poses, and transitions in and under the hoop, while developing short sequences and building flow.
We continue getting you ready to love spinning, with more time spent on balance, control, and confidence in motion.

AERIAL HOOP BEGINNERS 3/4

What experience do I need?

We recommend completing Beginners 1 & 2 Aerial Hoop and feeling comfortable with foundational skills. If you’re ready to build strength, technique, and flow — you’re in the right place!

General Class Content

This level bridges foundational skills with more challenging shapes and combos. You’ll explore inverts in the hoop, rolls, dynamic entries, and extended sequences that combine technique and flow.
We also introduce proper spinning technique and flaring, helping you move more gracefully and powerfully as the hoop rotates.

Weeks 1–3: Higher Hoop | Weeks 4–6: Low Hoop

AERIAL HOOP LOW INTERMEDIATE

We recommend completing Beginners 1–3 Aerial Hoop and feeling confident with basic spins and tricks. If you’re ready to keep building strength, control, and technique — this course is for you!

You’re getting comfortable in the air and ready to explore more creative transitions and inverted shapes. This level focuses on combining interesting pathways and elegant poses into flowing sequences, while gradually increasing your aerial awareness and confidence.
At this stage, you’re becoming a spinning machine — developing fluidity and ease in motion.

We recommend completing the Low Intermediate Aerial Hoop term and feeling confident with a variety of spins and tricks. Ready to keep growing your strength, skill, and flow? This class is for you!

General Class Content

Designed for experienced aerialists with a solid foundation of inverted skills and smooth movement. This class explores beautiful, expressive, and unusual shapes, paired with creative sequencing and advanced transitions.
You are now officially a spinning machine, using motion to enhance artistry and tell a story through movement.
