AERIAL HOOP KIDS & TEENS BEGINNERS (6 - 16 YEARS OLD)

No prior experience is necessary all levels are welcome!

General Class Content

Perfect for first-time flyers! In this class, we explore the magical world of aerial hoop through fun shapes, exciting tricks, and creative movement — all while building strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence.
We learn to invert, balance, and perform in the hoop in a safe, supportive, and encouraging space.
Kids LOVE spinning, so we’ll gently introduce rotation from the very beginning to help them feel comfortable and excited in motion.

Weeks 1–3: Higher Hoop | Weeks 4–6: Low Hoop
All classes begin with a full-body warm-up and conditioning and finish with a short cool down.

What should I wear?

We recommend leggings and a fitted top. We work barefoot or with socks.

AERIAL HOOP KIDS & TEENS – IMPROVERS (AGES 6–16)

What experience do I need?

This course is designed for members who are comfortable with a variety of spins and tricks covered.

General Class Content

For young aerialists who know the basics and are ready for more challenge! This level dives into cool new tricks, flowing transitions, creative shapes, and fun routines, while continuing to build strength and aerial awareness.
We work on more challenging flexible moves and dynamic tricks to help them grow stronger and more confident in the air.
By now, our flyers are confident and spinning becomes one of their favourite parts — helping them feel free and expressive in the air.
