General Class Content

This class begins with a targeted flexibility warm-up, focusing on backbends, splits, and increasing overall mobility — no prior flexibility required. We concentrate on splitty and flexible moves, developing fluidity by adding smooth transitions to create beautiful, flowing sequences. You don’t need to be a contortionist to join — just bring your inner bendy energy and let’s build it together!

All classes start with a full-body warm-up and conditioning and finish with a short cool down.
