What experience do I need?
This course is designed for all levels of flexibility and strength. No dance, fitness or prior flexibility is required.
What is included in each class?
Each class begins with a thorough warm-up and conditioning exercises for backbending. This course will focus on teaching you how to safely and effectively train your flexibility for bridges, needle-scales and other backbend tricks and poses. This course has been designed so that beginners and advanced backbend students can learn together, regardless of their prior experience.
Each class ends with a short cool-down to prevent injuries.
What should I wear?
Please wear leggings or other comfortable fitness attire.
We train in bare feet and socks only.
Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted inside the studio.
