What experience do I need?

No prior experience is necessary all levels are welcome!

 

General Class Content

Each class begins with a joint mobility, warm up and drills.

This class is focused on incorporating strength, mobility and flexibility

 Each session concludes with a gentle cool-down.

Class can be accessed online or in the studio.

This is a follow along class – Progressions available for all levels (from beginner to advance)

The class is recorded and sent to anyone who has signed up both online and, in the studio,

Zoom link will be sent 20 minutes before the class, if you do not get the link, please email us straight away.

The video will be available for 3 days

 

What is ACTIVE FLEX – SPLITS:

Active flex is a great way to improve flexibility while building strength and mobility. It helps prevent injuries by keeping muscles strong, flexible, and healthy. Stretching regularly ensures your joints maintain a full range of motion.

This class focuses on leg joints and muscles.

This class will cover: Front splits, box splits, straddles, pikes and more!

 

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable sportswear.

Yoga mats and blocks are provided at the studio.

We train barefoot or in socks—please note that shoes are not permitted in the studio.

All Jewellery must be removed and should not be worn during the class.

This class will cover: Bridges, wheels, backbends, needle-scales and more!
