No prior experience is necessary all levels are welcome!

General Class Content

Build your splits with strength and control! This all-levels class focuses on developing front and middle splits through active flexibility, mobility drills, and dynamic stretches. 

You’ll work on improving range of motion, stability, and alignment — ideal for dancers, aerialists, and anyone looking to safely progress their splits over time.

Join from the studio or live via Zoom!
Recordings are uploaded to Vimeo and available for 3 days after class, so you can revisit the session or catch up anytime. No flat splits needed — just a curious body and a willingness to move!

If you’re already flexible, you’re absolutely welcome too!

What you’ll need:

A yoga mat and 2 yoga blocks (equipment is provided if you’re joining in the studio).

What experience do I need?

No prior experience is necessary all levels are welcome!

General Class Content

Stretch with strength! This all-levels class builds deep, sustainable back flexibility through active drills, mobility work, and safe technique. 

We’ll focus on opening the spine, shoulders, and hips using controlled movements designed to improve both range and resilience — perfect for movers, dancers, aerialists, and anyone looking to deepen their backbends safely over time.
