What experience do I need?

This course is open to all levels, beginners to advanced. Each exercise or pose will be tailored for a variety of levels.

What is included in each class?

Each class begins with a functional 25 minute warm up and conditioning for strength and active flexibility. This includes techniques and drills for handstands, both freestyle or against a wall. We will then play with different shapes, like straddles, pikes, half handstands, stag and splits. Finally, drills for kicks, jumps and press handstands will be covered.

There is time for stretching at the end of the class.

What should I wear and what equipment i need?

For comfort and safety please wear leggings with a t-shirt or leotard. We train in bare feet or socks only.  Please note: No shoes are allowed in the Studios.
