This course is open to all levels, beginners to improvers.
What is included in each class?
A playful, high-energy class blending handstands, headstands, and floor acro. Build strength, control, and coordination through solo and partner drills — no partner needed to join!
We’ll focus on entries and exits (like kick-ups, tucks, and straddles), handstand shapes, balance work, and dynamic movement including leaps, cartwheels, and assisted inversions.
Perfect for anyone wanting to grow their confidence on and off their hands — all levels welcome!
What should I wear and what equipment i need?
Leggings or shorts. Please bring socks for some of the drills.
