POLE FITNESS BEGINNERS 1

What experience do I need?

No prior experience is necessary all levels are welcome!

General Class Content

Perfect for absolute beginners! Learn the foundations of pole, including basic spins, grips, walks, and transitions. Build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment — no experience needed.

Weeks 1–3: Static Pole | Weeks 4–6: Spinning Pole
All classes begin with a full-body warm-up and conditioning and finish with a short cool down.

What should I wear?

Shorts and a comfortable top. We work barefoot.

POLE FITNESS BEGINNERS 2

What experience do I need?

We recommend having completed a term of Beginners 1 and feeling confident with the basics. If you’re excited to learn more, you’re in the right place!

General Class Content

For those who have mastered the basics and are ready to build on them. This level introduces more challenging spins, basic climbs, low pole tricks, and fluid transitions. You’ll also start working on introductory inverts from the floor, with a strong focus on technique and control.

Weeks 1–3: Static Pole | Weeks 4–6: Spinning Pole
All classes begin with a full-body warm-up and conditioning and finish with a short cool down.

What should I wear?

Shorts and a comfortable top. We work barefoot.

POLE FITNESS BEGINNERS 3 & 4

What experience do I need?

We recommend having completed both Beginners 1 & 2 and feeling comfortable going upside down. You’re ready to start exploring more strength-based movement and flow!

General Class Content

Now you’re getting comfortable upside down! This level includes stronger spins, climbs, inverts from the floor, and more complex combinations. A focus on flow, control, and building strength to prepare for intermediate work.

Weeks 1–3: Static Pole | Weeks 4–6: Spinning Pole

POLE FITNESS LOW INTERMEDIATE

What experience do I need?

We recommend completing Beginners 3/4 and feeling confident with your inverts. If you’re ready to take on leg hangs, shoulder mounts, and higher combos, this is your next step!

General Class Content

Designed for students who can invert confidently and are working on skills like leg hangs, shoulder mounts, and higher pole combos. You’ll explore both static and spin pole with dynamic transitions and strength-based tricks.

POLE FITNESS INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCE

What experience do I need?

We recommend having completed Low Intermediate and feeling confident with aerial inverts and extended combos. Ready to challenge yourself with handsprings, aerial shoulder mounts, and dynamic flow? This level is for you!

This level is for experienced polers who are confident with aerial inverts, extended combos, and advanced tricks. Expect to work on moves like handsprings, aerial shoulder mounts, and dynamic flow — combining strength, technique, and creativity.
