POLE FITNESS & DANCE LEVELS

POLE FITNESS BEGINNERS 1

What experience do I need?

Each class will begin with a warm-up and some basic conditioning to help members to build their strength and coordination. This will involve preparation for inverting, or performing upside down, on the pole. 

 

This class will provide you with the fundamentals of pole, and will help you to master these key skills for further progression to more advanced levels. 

 

In Pole Fitness Beginners 1, you will learn basic spins and tricks as part of a choreographed routine, building on the skills you have learned throughout the term. It is a class that is incredibly fun, encouraging you to explore in an engaging and supportive environment. 

 

Each class ends with a short cool-down to prevent injuries. 



What should I wear?

Please wear leggings and sports clothing. Shorts will be required in our third week. We train in bare feet or socks only.  Please note: No shoes are allowed in the Studios. 

POLE FITNESS BEGINNERS 2

What experience do I need?

This class is for members who have completed the Pole Fitness Beginner 1 course and are eager to learn more.

What is included in each class?

Each class begins with a warm-up and basic conditioning exercises to help members to build their flexibility, strength and coordination. Drills, techniques and conditioning will be covered to begin inverting on the pole. 

 

In this class, you will improve and develop on the basics learned in Beginners 1 while also enhancing your skills. Over the course of the term, you will learn a combination of spins and basic floor tricks, how to invert safely and upside-down tricks. 

 

Each class ends with a short cool-down to prevent injuries. 

What should I wear?

Please wear leggings and shorts. We train in bare feet and socks only. 

Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted inside the studio. 

POLE FITNESS BEGINNERS 3 & 4

What experience do I need?

This class is designed for members who have completed the Pole Fitness Beginners 1 and Beginners 2 courses.

What is included in each class?

Each class begins with warm-up and conditioning exercises to help members to develop their flexibility, strength and coordination in order to successfully perform pole shapes and transitions. 

 

In these classes, what was learned in Beginners 1 & 2 is developed into more complicated choreography, with new sequences, tricks and transitions to master. 

 

These combinations are designed to help members to prepare for the Intermediate pole programme. Tricks covered in this term include spins, inside/outside leg hangs (Gemini/Scorpio), climbs, Jamilla, Butterfly, Pretzel, as well as shoulder mount preparation. 

 

Each class ends with a cool-down to prevent injuries.

Please wear leggings and shorts. We train in bare feet and socks only. 

Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted inside the studio. 

POLE FITNESS LOW INTERMEDIATE

What experience do I need?

This course is designed for members who have successfully completed the Beginners 3&4 programme, who are comfortable with the basic spins and tricks covered. 

 

What is included in each class? 

Each class begins with warm-up and conditioning exercises to help members to improve their flexibility, strength, and coordination in order to successfully perform more challenging pole movements. 

 

Throughout the term, you will learn new and exciting combinations and transitions using the skills learned in the previous levels. The focus will be on mastering all the necessary tricks and spins while adding more challenging components. 

 

This course will develop your spins and skills in preparation for the Intermediate programme. Tricks covered include spins, leg hangs, climbs, Jamilla, Butterfly, Pretzel, and shoulder mount preparation. 

 

Each class ends with a short cool down to prevent injuries. 

 

What should I wear?

Please wear leggings and shorts. We train in bare feet and socks only.

POLE FITNESS INTER / ADVANCE

What experience do I need?

This course is designed for experienced pole dancers who are ready to challenge themselves with advanced combinations and pole tricks. 

 

What is included in each class? 

Each class begins with warm-up and conditioning exercises to help members improve their flexibility, strength, and coordination in order to successfully perform more challenging pole movements. 

 

Throughout the term, you will learn exciting and challenging combinations, extending and diversifying your pole experience and trick repertoire. Each combination will have a simplified version and a more challenging, complex version for different members to test their skills. 

 

Tricks covered include handsprings, shoulder mounts, jade, leg hangs and leg hang shapes, extended butterfly, tumbles and drops, flips, and pole handstands. 

 

Each class ends with a short cool-down to prevent injuries. 

 

What should I wear?

Please wear leggings and shorts. We train in bare feet and socks only. 

Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted inside the studio. 



POLE FITNESS ADVANCE / ELITE

What experience do I need?

This course is designed for experienced, advanced and elite pole dancers who are ready to advance to more difficult, challenging and demanding combinations and tricks. 

 

What is included in each class? 

Each class begins with warm-up and conditioning exercises to help members improve their flexibility, strength, and coordination in order to successfully perform more challenging pole movements. 

 

Throughout the term, you will learn exciting and challenging combinations, extending and diversifying your pole experience and your trick repertoire. Each combination will have a simplified and more advanced version, so that members can challenge themselves and develop their skills at their own pace. 

 

What should I wear?

Please wear leggings and shorts. We train in bare feet and socks only. 

Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted inside the studio. 

POLE FLOW AND DANCE - BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE

What experience do I need?

This class is accessible to all levels and is designed specifically for those who wish to focus on floor work and pole choreography. It is suitable for members with little or no dance experience.

 

What is included in each class? 

Each class begins with a warm-up, focused on joint mobility, movement, and flexibility. 

 

Throughout the term, this course covers the basics of floorwork and pole dance, including basic spins, pirouettes, shoulder rolls, body movement and choreography that incorporated the pole. This class is slow-paced. 

 

Each class ends with a short cool-down to prevent injuries. 

 

What should I wear?

For comfort and for safety, please wear leggings and socks. Knee pads are also recommended.
Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted inside the studio. 

POLE FLOW AND DANCE - INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

What experience do I need?

This course is designed for members who are confident in pole flow spins, transitions, and incorporating basic floor tricks into combinations with ease. 

 

What is included in each class? 

Each class begins with a warm-up, focused on joint mobility, movement, and flexibility. 

 

Throughout the term, this course will cover more complex flow, spins and floor tricks, such as fish-flops, shoulder stands, and dynamic floor tricks. The focus is on fluidity of body movement, sensuality, and musicality. 

 

Each class ends with a short cool-down to prevent injuries. 

 

What should I wear?

For comfort and safety, please wear leggings and socks. Knee pads are also recommended. 

Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted inside the studio. 



SLOW AND SLINKY (POLE IN HEELS)

What experience do I need?

This course is designed for members who are confident in basic pole flow spins, transitions, and incorporating basic floor tricks into combinations wearing Heels for Pole. 

 

What is included in each class? 

Each class begins with a warm-up focused on movement. 

 

Slow & Slinky is a non-invert pole dance and floorwork class that focuses on developing sensuality and musicality, through teaching the more traditional style of pole dance in heels. 

 

The course is designed to teach you simple, progressive cuing techniques and choreography to help you bring out your inner slinky self. It is an incredibly fun class with a supportive and empowering atmosphere. 

 

Each class ends with a short cool-down to prevent injuries. 

 

What should I wear?

For comfort and safety, please wear leggings. Knee pads and pole heels are also required. 

Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted inside the studio. 

POWER POLE - INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

What experience do I need? 

This course is designed for members with pole experience, who have built up strength and confidence. Members must be comfortable and confident in the skills necessary for the Intermediate programme as it is a course aimed at those of Intermediate level and higher. All tricks and transitions will be adapted to suit the levels of participants. 

 

What is included in each class?

 Each class begins with a warm-up exercise to help members improve their flexibility, strength, and coordination in order to successfully perform challenging pole movements. 

 

Following the warm-up, you will learn power tricks and combinations, such as handsprings, handstands, shoulder mounts, planks and preparations for lifts and deadlifts, as well as a combination of pole and floor tricks. 

 

Each class ends with a short cool-down to prevent injuries. 

 

What should I wear? 

Please wear leggings and shorts. We train in bare feet and socks only. 

Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted inside the studio. 




SPINNING POLE - LOW INTERMEDIATE +

What experience do I need?

This course has been developed for members with pole experience. It is aimed at those at a low intermediate level and higher. All tricks and transitions are adapted to suit different levels. 

 

What is included in each class?

 Each class begins with a warm-up exercise to help members improve their flexibility, strength, and coordination. 

 

During the course, you will learn to entangle yourself, stylishly, around the pole, creating beautiful shapes and flow sequences while spinning. 

 

Throughout the term, you will work on entries and dynamics while spinning. The course provides students with the opportunity to safely develop their skills and experience the beauty of spinning pole. 

 

Each class ends with a short cool-down to prevent injuries.

 

What should I wear?

Please wear leggings and shorts. We train in bare feet or socks only. 

Please note: Shoes are NOT permitted in the studios.
