POWER POLE BEGINNERS 3/4

What experience do I need?

We recommend having completed Beginners 1 & 2 and feeling comfortable with climbs and basic inverts. If you’re ready to build strength and start working on power move foundations, this class is perfect for you!

General Class Content

Build strength, control, and confidence as you progress into more powerful pole work! This level is perfect for students who are comfortable with climbs and basic inverts, and are ready to start drilling key foundations for power moves. We’ll focus on handspring preps, shoulder mount drills, reverse grab entries, flips, and pole planks, using technique-focused progressions to build strength and body awareness safely.

Weeks 1–3: Static Pole | Weeks 4–6: Spinning Pole
All classes begin with a full-body warm-up and conditioning and finish with a short cool down.

What should I wear?

Shorts and a supportive top. We work barefoot.

POWER POLE INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCE

What experience do I need?

We recommend completing Low Intermediate Term and feeling confident with power skills. If you’re ready to refine handsprings, shoulder mounts, flips, and dynamic combos, this class is for you!

General Class Content

For experienced polers ready to take their power skills to the next level. This class dives deeper into handsprings, shoulder mounts, reverse grabs, pole flips, and planks, working on clean execution as well as challenging entries, creative exits, and dynamic combos. Ideal for those looking to build endurance, polish strength-based tricks, and expand their repertoire.
