1. REGISTRATION

Registration must be completed through the Tribe Team Up website and is legal and binding even without the signature of the participant. By registering the registrant affirms for himself and for all other registered participants that they are aware of the general terms and conditions and accept them.

The minimum age is 18.

2. FEE

The fee schedule at the date of registration applies. The fee is understood as per person and will be stated in EUR. The price includes the participation in 8 workshops, 4 Pole and 4 Non-Pole. Extra Group Workshop both groups and dinner on Saturday.

No refund will be given if you start the “Tribe Pole Camp” late or leave early.

3. TERMS OF PAYMENT

The fee of €500 must be paid on the registration for “Tribe Pole Camp” through the Tribe Team Up.

Once the registration and payment are successfully completed, each participant will receive a confirmation of payment received by e-mail. Deposit available.

4. RE-BOOKING / CANCELLATION /NO-SHOW

If a participant is unable to participate in “TRIBE POLE CAMP” himself, he has the right to name a substitute participant up to seven days before the camp starts. Re-booking of this type is free of charge to the participant. A participant may only cancel in writing. The cancelation fees:

up to 30 days before start 30 %

from 29 to 11 days before start 50 %

10 or fewer days before start 100 %

This rule applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

5. CHANGES / CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT

Changes in the sequence, in the line-up as well as in the course schedule are always possible. If “TRIBE POLE CAMP” is cancelled, the sum of

€500 will be refunded to the participants within 4 weeks.

6. COPYRIGHTS AND USE RIGHTS OF PHOTOS AND VIDEO

Persons who are present during “TRIBE POLE CAMP” (participants as well as trainers) will be photographed and filmed. These recordings can be used for promotional purposes on the website, in flyers, newspaper reports and on Facebook and other social media-channels. By registering the participants expressly give their consent to publication without compensation of any photos or film recordings made of them.

7. LIABILITY

The participant is responsible for insurance. No liability will be accepted in the event of injuries or accidents. Participation in “TRIBE POLE CAMP” is entirely at your own risk. Any existing diseases, injuries or bodily complaints must be communicated to the trainers before the course starts. No liability will be accepted for theft or loss of personal propert
