FLEXIBILITY

My flexibility classes are aimed to aerialist, pole dancers, acrobats, dancers and to those that are inspired to improve their flexibility. Progressions, regressions and variations are given during the class. Learn some use-full tips to improve your flexibility, increase your range of motion and prevent injuries.
