Adam has been practising hoop for nearly four years, beginning his journey at Tribe where he quickly fell in love with the studio’s vibrant energy and supportive community. The positive vibes and creative atmosphere continue to inspire his teaching style. At 28, Adam brings a playful, exploratory approach to his classes, with a particular passion for bendy back shapes and unique, unexpected transitions that challenge students to move in new and exciting ways.
