Lisette Krol is the founder and owner of Tribe Fitness Dance Studio in Dublin, Ireland. Originally from Venezuela, Lisette has called Ireland home for over 22 years.

Her path into pole and aerial arts didn’t begin with a traditional dance or gymnastics background. Coming from competitive swimming, she discovered Circus Arts through recreational theatre, where curiosity slowly grew into a deep passion and a professional career.

Lisette studied Fitness and Marketing, and with over 15 years of teaching experience, she shares her knowledge of pole dance, aerial pole, aerial hoop, handstands, dance, flexibility conditioning, strength training, and performance with students of all levels. Her teaching style is grounded in discipline, care, and enjoyment, with a focus on helping students feel capable, supported, and confident in their bodies.

Over the years, Lisette has competed and performed internationally. She is a three-time World Doubles Champion, an Ireland and UK Soloist Champion, and the 2021 winner of Virgin Media’s The Big Deal. Her performance experience includes appearances on Britain’s Got Talent, The Late Late Show, performing pole for Snoop Dog, and events across the world.

Lisette is also a cast member of “WAKE” by This Is Pop Baby, an Irish contemporary theatre production touring internationally, with performances at Dublin’s National Stadium, London’s West End, Factory International in Manchester, and Carriageworks in Sydney, Australia.

Today, Lisette remains an active and committed part of the pole and aerial community. Alongside running Tribe, she continues to teach, perform, judge around the world and learn, staying closely connected to the evolving art form and the people within it.
