Sarah Stump

Pole Instructor at Tribe

Sarah started pole in 2021 after attending a pole birthday party and falling in love with it. She has a background in synchronized swimming and competed across the United States for 11 years prior to attending undergrad. She has always had a passion for musicality and experience choreographing routines from her years spent swimming. Since starting pole, she has learned how to take her passion for music and movement onto land, in the form of dance. Her favorite part about pole is the ability to express her sensual side while also feeling strong. Sarah wants everyone in her classes to feel empowered to try new things and comfortable expressing themselves.

Outside of pole, Sarah has a passion for sustainable business and environmental conservation, and she is currently getting her MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

how sarah feels about tribe

Tribe is my favorite thing about Dublin! After moving abroad, Tribe gave me the community that I was missing and connected me to so many amazing people. It is a space where I can feel strong, empowered, expressive, and creative. I am incredibly grateful to learn from Lisette and to be joining the team as an instructor.
