1. REGISTRATION
Registration must be completed through the Tribe Team Up website. Registration is legally binding even without the participant’s signature.
By registering, the registrant confirms for themselves and for all registered participants that they have read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions.
The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
2. FEE
The fee applicable at the time of registration applies.
The fee is per person and stated in EUR.
The price includes:
• Participation in 8 workshops
• One extra group workshop (both groups together)
• Dinner and Instructor Showcase on Saturday
• Tribe gift bag
No refund will be given if a participant arrives late or leaves early from a Tribe Camp.
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The total early bird fee of €500 must be paid upon registration for the Tribe Camp via Tribe Team Up before 28th February 2026.
After this date, the total fee will be €600.
A deposit option of €250 is available by using the code TribeCamps2026 at checkout.
Once registration and payment are successfully completed, participants will receive a payment confirmation by email.
4. RE-BOOKING / CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW
If a participant is unable to attend the Tribe Camp, they may nominate a substitute participant up to seven (7) days before the start of the camp at no additional cost.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
• Up to 30 days before the start: 30% of the fee
• 29 to 11 days before the start: 50% of the fee
• 10 days or fewer before the start: 100% of the fee
These fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
5. CHANGES / CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
Changes to the schedule, workshop sequence, and instructor line-up may occur.
If the Tribe Camp is cancelled by the organizer, the full amount paid will be refunded.
6. COPYRIGHTS AND USE OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
During the Tribe Camp, photos and videos may be taken of participants and instructors.
These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to):
• Website
• Flyers
• Newspaper reports
• Social media platforms
By registering, participants grant consent for the use and publication of these recordings without compensation.
7. LIABILITY
Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
Participation in the Tribe Camp is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
The organizer accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, theft, or loss of personal property.
Any existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical complaints must be disclosed to the instructors before the camp begins
