TRIBE CHRISTMAS SHOWCASE 2025

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. REGISTRATION

Registration is open to Tribe Pole & Aerial Membership holders, as priority is given to our students.
All registrations must be completed through the Tribe Team Up website. Registration is legally binding even without a physical signature.
By registering, participants confirm that they (and any participants registered on their behalf) have read, understood, and accepted these General Rules and Terms.

2. FEES

The fee schedule in effect at the date of registration applies.
Fees are charged per person and are stated in EUR.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Up to 60 days before the event start: 50% of the fee.

  • 30 days or fewer before the event start: 100% of the fee.

    These terms apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.

4. PERFORMANCE RULES

  • Maximum routine length: 3 minutes.

  • Props are permitted under the following conditions:

    • They must not create hazards for subsequent performers (e.g., liquids on the floor).

    • Human props are allowed.

    • Props requiring extensive clean-up are not permitted.

    • Props must be removable from the stage by one person within 2 minutes of routine completion.

  • Grip aids are permitted, except those leaving residue on the pole (e.g., Tuf-Skin, Stickum, ITac).

  • Performers must not apply lotions, creams, oils, or oily fake tan before the event.

  • Body paint is only allowed on areas that will not come into contact with the pole or aerial hoop.

  • Performers must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

5. EQUIPMENT

  • Pole: X-Pole 45mm.

  • Aerial Hoop sizes available: 75cm, 85cm, 90cm, 95cm, 100cm.

6. COPYRIGHT & MEDIA USE

The event (“Tribe Showcase”) will be photographed and filmed.
Recordings may be used for promotional purposes including the website, flyers, press releases, Facebook, and other social media channels.
By registering, participants consent to the use of photos and videos of themselves for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. COMMUNITY & CONDUCT

The Tribe Showcase is built on values of inclusivity, respect, and celebration of all performers.

  • We welcome and support people of all identities, backgrounds, and abilities.

  • Participants and audience members are expected to treat each other with kindness, encouragement, and respect.

  • Cheering and supporting fellow performers is strongly encouraged.

  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
